We Make Selling Furniture Simple
- Contact us to arrange for a convenient in-home or in-store photo session along with a professional write-up of your item that we will be post to our site. A flat fee varies depending on location and number of items photographed.
- Former Furniture owns all of the rights to the photographs taken by the company and the detailed descriptions written by the company in addition to any material posted on the FF website. This property is not to be used or released by any other entity other than Former Furniture.
- Worry-free payment — we will handle the financial transaction between you and the buyer and arrange for the items to be delivered.
- All furniture pieces are subject to approval by Former Furniture in order to maintain quality control on the website.
- Once we agree on a price for your item, our sellers retain 60% of each item’s sale price and Former Furniture will retain the remaining 40%. Former Furniture will send you a check once the sale is completed along with a copy of the buyer’s invoice.
- Former Furniture reserves the right to set the original and sale price of each piece of furniture. Pricing is determined by the purchase price of the piece, current condition of the piece, potential market resale value of the piece, economy, seller input and period of time on the website.
